I heard details from records that I was intimately familiar with, like it was the first time – vivid and at the same time with deliciously rich textures. The sense of presence in the midrange was just palpable! The “you are there” feeling that you read in the magazines but seldom seem to actually experience before was there in spades! Chie Ayado, for example, seemed as if she was singing right in the same room with us. And that sense of weight in the way drums were struck and strings were plucked; I’ve never heard it produced in a turntable system of such modest pricing (especially considering the use of a non exotically priced cartridge).

I could continue with the superlatives, but then you guys will think that it’s just more “propaganda”. Suffice it to say that listening to this wonderful turntable system is almost like driving a racing car. It gets the adrenaline pumping but without the risk! If you’re still skeptical, then come on down and have a good listen for yourself. I’d wager you’d be a convert too!
