In room 2, we had a very modest system both in price and size. They comprised of the following:

• Digital source - 47 labs Shigaraki CD transport and DAC
• Amplification – 47 Labs Shigaraki integrated amplifier
• Speakers – Totem Acoustic Arro
• Cables – Audience Maestro interconnect and speaker cables. Audio Note An-Vx digital cable, various Shunyata Powersnakes
• Power Conditioner – Shunyata Hydra 6

As simple as it looks, the feedback on the sound quality of this setup was just amazing.

I guess it is always more surprising when a system that is this small in size produces a soundstage that is absolutely widescreen in perspective! And the bass!

The Totem Arros are our favourite party trick, amazing unsuspecting show goers with bass that seems to plumb the depths and a midrange that seems fuller that it has any right to be, especially being equipped with a mid-woofer that is only 4.5” in diameter!
