The folks from Zanden turned up this year in full force. Displaying most of their top-of-the-line gear, the set up looked mighty impressive! One of the highlights in that room was the Model 9500 single-ended tube monoblocks. Priced at nearly SG$100,000 per pair and rated at 60 watts per channel of Pure Class A power, they drove a pair of Ascendo System Z speakers with plenty of grace and finesse.

The rest of the beautiful lust-inducing equipment on demo was as follows:

Feedback from numerous show goers on the sound quality of this setup was very positive, with a few commenting that the system displayed plenty of control in the lower registers, and with refinement in spades.
